REDWOOD REVIVED IN MILL VALLEY

The design intention of this kitchen remodel was to upgrade while maintaining the integrity of kitchen built by the family and loved for over 40 years.

With redwood rough sawn wood wall panels, hand built redwood shaker door, butcher block counters and a giant hanging pot rack full of copper —there was a distinct ambiance to keep alive.

Adding patina’s metal inserts to the existing redwood shaker doors kept the original wood feel and added a craftsmen artsy touch.

All new cabinetry was hand built and painted in a great retro cottage green. This blended in well and let the redwood stand even more unique.

A gorgeous Rohl basin sink and the Rohl Bridge faucet brought the charming old fashioned cottage into the current century.
